Reminders:
Cebu Pacific had a new ruling called "Hand Carry Policy" wherein a passenger can only bring 2 bags with you, one small handbag or can be a laptop bag that can be situated under your seats and another big bag that can fit on the overhead bin. All in all, a passenger is only given 7 kilos hand carry baggage allowance.
